Cuckney Cricket Club Cricket Square Renovation

Fineturf recently completed a comprehensive cricket square renovation project at Cuckney Cricket Club. The process began with setting out the area and stripping the existing vegetation, which was tipped on site. We then thoroughly cultivated the existing loam to prepare the base for further works.

Levels were carefully set before lasergrading to ensure a precise and even foundation. We supplied and delivered 30m³ of premium cricket loam, which was graded out in layers, with each layer meticulously keyed and compacted before a final lasergrade. Ground preparations were completed with attention to detail, ensuring optimal conditions for seeding.

A 6.5.18 preseeder fertiliser was applied, followed by sowing MM50 Amenity grass seed at a rate of 70g per m². The area was hand raked to perfection and left clean and tidy.
