Cuckney Cricket Club Cricket Square Renovation

Fineturf recently completed a comprehensive cricket square renovation project at Cuckney Cricket Club. The process began with setting out the area and stripping the existing vegetation, which was tipped on-site. We then thoroughly cultivated the existing loam to prepare the base for further works.

Levels were carefully set before lasergrading to ensure a precise and even foundation. We supplied and delivered 30m³ of premium cricket loam, which was graded out in layers, with each layer meticulously keyed and compacted before a final lasergrade. Ground preparations were completed with attention to detail, ensuring optimal conditions for seeding.

A 6.5.18 pre-seeder fertiliser was applied, followed by sowing MM50 Amenity grass seed at a rate of 70g per m². The area was hand-raked to perfection and left clean and tidy.
