Notts Golf Club Hollinwell Drill and Fill

In August Fineturf visited Notts Golf Club Hollinwell to Drill and Fill the greens. Having completed a similar project in 2013 we were happy to return to the heathland course. Aeration, using a Drill and Fill machine, increases root growth, aids water percolation and relieves compaction. The small holes are backfilled with a dry sand and are generally undetectable after a few days; ensuring the greens are back in play quickly.
